I recently had Mitch at Mobile Detail Masters apply a ceramic coating to my Acura RDX, and I am completely happy with the results. I specifically wanted protection against environmental fallout like tree sap, and Mitch delivered exactly what I needed.
What really impressed me was the customer service. Mitch was incredibly informative throughout the entire process. He provided a loaner vehicle for me to use while my RDX was in the shop, which made the logistics completely stress-free. While they had the car, Mitch kept me updated by sending photos of my vehicle as the work progressed, which showed a great deal of pride in his work. We had a large amount of rain over the last week right after I got the car back, and the coating has held up perfectly. The water beaded up exactly as promised, and upon drying, the paint returned to a beautifully shiny, smooth sheen. If you are looking for a professional, no-pressure detailing experience with excellent communication, I highly recommend Mitch and his team. - 5/28/2026

Wow, Wow, and Wow is all I can say about my experience with this company, but more so with the owners, Brian and Mitch. This was my first time for me having a care PPF'd. So I really didn't know where to start. Where I live is remote, so I don't have any businesses near me that do this kind of work. So when I started my online search, I found several companies that were not too far away and certainly looked capable of doing a good job. However, it wasn't until I came across Mobile Details Masters website and started reading. Once I read the bio on the owner's page and their background, that was it, I didn't need to look anywhere else, I was going to use the guys, that is, if they were willing to take me on as a new client. I have been a small business owner all my life, and I knew after reading about Brian and his son Mitch, I couldn't be in better hands. Once they agreed to take me on as a new client, I had my car shipped right over to them. Once there, I was treated with "white glove" service. Mitch, really had his work cut out for him on this one. He did a very detailed evaluation of the project, and once he had a plan of attack, we had a Zoom call to go over the scope of work. Mitch did an amazing job explaining what needed to be done and how he was going to go about it. This wasn't just a standard job, he had to be creative, and most of the layout he had to measure and cut by hand the ppf in order to cover the necessary areas. Mitch was in touch with me during the whole process, sending me different video clips throughout, not only so I could see the process but so I could see the level detail he was putting in thru the whole process. I was truly blown away. Once the job was completed, I had the car picked up and delivered to my house. When I got it, I was astonished at how well the car looked. I immediately understood what being a true expert in your field means; both Brian and Mitch exude that quality. The only disappointing part of this whole process was the fact that I didn't get to meet these 2 gentlemen in person. I am hopeful that will change soon. - 1/19/2026

Mitch was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. I recently purchased a Porsche Boxster GTS and knew right away I wanted to protect it, and reached out to Mitch right after purchasing the car. He helped me find a spot on the schedule that worked best, even offering to move around some other appointments to best fit my availability.
Mitch was extremely helpful in talking through the benefits of each offering, and we ended up going with a track pack PPF with ceramic on the rest of the exterior and wheels.
After dropping the car off for the work, he was extremely communicative. He provided progress updates and we had good discussions around some issues with previous paint correction work that came up as the PPF install proceeded.
