Think twice before scheduling service with this company…they were right on the messaging when i reached out, responded right away, booked a date for service, gave them all information they requested , said we were all set…then never heard back from them! I reached out night before appt to confirm they were still coming, no response….reached out morning of scheduled appt, no response….called day of appt to see when they were coming…no answer, but very strange VM came on, did not leave a message…messaged them again, RADIO SILENCE!!! Not the way to do business!!!

We had PPF film installed on the front of our Camry. Mitch was great about explaining everything. The car looks great. Mitch takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows.

Wow, Wow, and Wow is all I can say about my experience with this company, but more so with the owners, Brian and Mitch. This was my first time for me having a care PPF'd. So I really didn't know where to start. Where I live is remote, so I don't have any businesses near me that do this kind of work. So when I started my online search, I found several companies that were not too far away and certainly looked capable of doing a good job. However, it wasn't until I came across Mobile Details Masters website and started reading. Once I read the bio on the owner's page and their background, that was it, I didn't need to look anywhere else, I was going to use the guys, that is, if they were willing to take me on as a new client. I have been a small business owner all my life, and I knew after reading about Brian and his son Mitch, I couldn't be in better hands. Once they agreed to take me on as a new client, I had my car shipped right over to them. Once there, I was treated with "white glove" service. Mitch, really had his work cut out for him on this one. He did a very detailed evaluation of the project, and once he had a plan of attack, we had a Zoom call to go over the scope of work. Mitch did an amazing job explaining what needed to be done and how he was going to go about it. This wasn't just a standard job, he had to be creative, and most of the layout he had to measure and cut by hand the ppf in order to cover the necessary areas. Mitch was in touch with me during the whole process, sending me different video clips throughout, not only so I could see the process but so I could see the level detail he was putting in thru the whole process. I was truly blown away. Once the job was completed, I had the car picked up and delivered to my house. When I got it, I was astonished at how well the car looked. I immediately understood what being a true expert in your field means; both Brian and Mitch exude that quality. The only disappointing part of this whole process was the fact that I didn't get to meet these 2 gentlemen in person. I am hopeful that will change soon.

This was the best thing I could have done for our new car! Now it’s protected for the life of the vehicle. I was blown away by how meticulous they were in cleaning and protecting the vehicle. As a former detailing professional myself, I don’t trust my vehicles with just anyone. Mitch was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. I recently purchased a Porsche Boxster GTS and knew right away I wanted to protect it, and reached out to Mitch right after purchasing the car. He helped me find a spot on the schedule that worked best, even offering to move around some other appointments to best fit my availability.

Mitch was extremely helpful in talking through the benefits of each offering, and we ended up going with a track pack PPF with ceramic on the rest of the exterior and wheels.

After dropping the car off for the work, he was extremely communicative. He provided progress updates and we had good discussions around some issues with previous paint correction work that came up as the PPF install proceeded.

You can tell that Mitch (and presumably Brian) are passionate about cars and treat every one they work on as if it was their own. I'll be taking all future vehicles to them with zero hesitation.
